Orders

All barber cases are built and prepared to order.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for production before shipping unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

Flat-rate shipping: $150 within the continental United States.
Free local pickup in Nashville, TN by appointment.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

Returns

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

•If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a shipping claim.

Warranty

Each case is inspected before shipment.
Normal cosmetic wear from use is not covered.
